Wedding in Altamont, NY

Kristen and Ben’s wedding was very special. For their wedding video, we included a recording from the bride’s mother’s wedding.

Kristen and Ben were married at the Appel Inn located in Altamont, NY. Video coverage began about two hours before the ceremony, when Kristen and the girls in the wedding party were getting ready. I spent some time with the girls, and then I went over to the ceremony location to hang out with Ben and the guys. Meanwhile Jean Henderson was doing her photography thing with the bride.

The ceremony went off without a hitch. The cocktail hour was perfect, and the folks enjoyed meeting and greeting; some hadn’t seen each other for many years. The next four hours were spent dancing and singing. There was even a birthday cake for the bride. Please enjoy this montage of the wedding.

Wedding in Hancock, MA

Nicole and Michael tied the knot at the beautiful Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort located in Hancock, MA. The bride was reffered to me by many of past clients. We discussed the details of the videography for their wedding day. After making a few suggestions regarding their ceremony, the bride and groom said they were astonished. They never expected to, in addition to receiving videography services, also receive quality suggestions about their ceremony. I guess as a consequence of my 25 years experience, I have a pretty good idea of what can happen in the right conditions.

As you can see, the wedding day was a beautiful November day. I started recording my surroundings. I commented on the bride’s smile, and told her that she did not seem nervous at all. Following the wedding ceremony, all of the guests proceeded to JJ’s Lodge for a very classy reception. Paul Luciano and the Cocktail Shakers provided the guests with four hours of quality entertainment. Nicole and Michael rounded out their special day with a trip to beautiful Hawaii.

Wedding in Schenectady, New York

Where do I begin? Alicia and Dave’s wedding day was, if not the best, definately one of the best weddings I have ever video-taped.

To begin the day, I arrived at Alicia’s home in Guilderland, NY around 11AM. For an October day, the weather was warm and beautiful. Inside, things were crazy with the girls getting their hair and make-up done. Then, it was a tearful moment when the flowers arrived.

I arrived at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Schenectady, NY around 1PM for a 2PM wedding ceremony. The photographer, Christina Primero, was on the scene putting the boutineers on the guys. The wedding ceremony began precisely as scheduled, and wrapped up around 3:30PM. After the ceremony was completed, everyone proceeded to Mallozzi’s in Rotterdam, NY.

Mallozzi’s main ballroom was decorated very elegant and inviting. Alicia and Dave were annouced into the ballroom around 7PM by the band City Rhythm. The band blew the roof off the place. The party was amazing. Finally, at 11PM the band wrapped up, but the party was not over. The guests danced for two more hours. The wedding reception was like a 14-hour marathon that seemed to fly by in about an hour.

This wedding was so much fun and everyone was so friendly, I felt as if I were surrounded by my own family. I will always remember it.
